are an Arizona-based company, Della Terra Jewels must charge
sales tax on items shipped to Arizona.

allow 7-14 days for delivery, as the majority of our pieces
are made to order.
We currently ship to destinations within the United States
and Canada only. For information and to arrange for
payment of shipping costs on orders to Canada, please email
us at service@dellaterrajewels.com with the word CANADA in
the subject line.

number so we can contact you. For orders to Canada,
please allow 14 days.
If you would like to
expedite your order, please email us immediately at

with the words EXPEDITE ORDER in the subject line, and we
will arrange for payment of expedited shipping charges if it
is possible to get your order out the next day. Please

remember that due to the nature of gemstones
color and markings will vary, which adds to the beauty of
the piece. Every effort has been made to represent all
pieces on the website as accurately as possible. As
computer monitors also vary, we cannot guarantee the color
of your item to be an exact match to the picture on your
computer.

Here are some simple guidelines for caring for your pieces:

Do not pull
hard or tug at your jewelry. This is not considered normal
usage, and with some of the more delicate materials, doing
so could possibly cause your piece to break.
- It
is best not to shower or swim while wearing your jewelry
(except for some anklets in the summer line). Doing so adds
unnecessary wear and tear to your piece.
- Remove
stretchy rings before doing dishes.
- Store pieces
in a cool, dark and dry place. One of the best containers
for your jewelry is a sealed plastic bag with the air
pressed out of it. This helps keep your sterling silver from
tarnishing.
- To clean your pieces, use a dry, soft jeweler’s
cloth. This will also shine any tarnished area of sterling
silver. If you feel you need to do so, you may lightly dampen a soft
cloth with water, wipe the piece, and then make sure it is
completely dry before storing.
To
protect your investment in your quality gemstone piece,
please do not use "jewelry cleaners" of any kind.
